Fuel meters

While determining the right meter, the instantaneous flow rate must be taken into consideration. The rates are given below for diesel applications.
Between 10 – 100 lpm flow rate – ER 90 series,
Between 40 – 400 lpm flow rate – ER 88 series,
Between 70 – 700 lpm flow rate – ER 72 series,
Between 450 – 1580 lpm flow rate – ER 73 series
must be preferred.

Particle filter
It is suitable for filtration applications of petroleum-based fuel, low viscous chemicals, lubrication oil, vegetable oil type fluids and water, oil, keroısene and certain solvents.
Water separator filter
A fuel water separator is a device that works to ensure clean fuel is delivered to the engine. Fuel separators provide effective protection for engines used in automotive, industrial, marine and aircraft applications. The separator removes water and solid contaminants from the fuel before it reaches the vehicle. When the fuel contains a lot of water, it wears off the lubricants from the fuel injectors. By removing contaminants, the device prevents the engine from getting clogged up with solid material. Clean fuel enables the engine to run more efficiently. It also prevents engine failure. Diesel and marine fuel separators are amongst the most common types.
Valve
By-pass valves, which are pressure reducers, have 180º directed inlet and outlet connections. It is designed to be used in situations where the pressure in the piping not to exceed a desired pressure.
Solenoid valves are the valves mounted on the piping to control the liquid flow by opening or closing its ports by the electricity. IPT production solenoid valves are two stage type.
